Gather with us on October 21st for a collaboration dinner featuring our very own Executive Chef Justin O'Malley and a long time freind of his, Chef Chris Viaud. Chef O'Malley and Chef Viaud began working together over five years ago at one of Chef Viauds several restaurants called Greenleaf located in Milford New Hampshire. Chef O'Malley was executive Chef at Greenleaf for many years prior to its closing. His next step was branching out and finding us at Out of the Woods where he has created and mainted the excellent rotating seasonal menus we bring you each time you visit. Chef Viaud, a Two Times James Beard Award nominee and Top Chef Alumni is most known for his New Hampshire based restaurant concepts Greenleaf, Ansanm, and Pavillion and for his time spent as the Director of Culinary Arts at The Lake Estate. Chef Viaud plans and executes a balanced meal that incorperates different flavors and textures that entertain the palate which allows for a unique dining expereince each time.
